The guest purchaser receives a confirmed written reservation in their own name and enjoys the full array of benefits afforded to owners. Since I only recover the out-of-pocket cost of the annual maintenance fees, I offer families and individuals the opportunity to experience all the benefits of time share ownership without the huge acquisition cost. Acapulco Grand Mayan

The Master Suite is a two bedroom, two bathroom deluxe resort condo with full kitchen, living room, dining area and private balcony with plunge pool. Guests receive full privileges granted owners including discounts on golf, free tennis, free use of the exercise room, spa and pools. Guests will have confirmed reservation in their own name. Locations are Acapulco, Riviera Maya, Nuevo Vallarta and Los Cabos. Grand Mayan Resorts are not "all inclusive". All reservations subject to availability.
