A good REALTORŪ is a person who will take time to see the nobility of the profession and commit to delivering value to his clients.  Helping people realize their dreams is worthy of passion and commitment.  A good REALTORŪ is also willing to take the time to build a business rather than live from transaction to transaction. This involves building lasting relationships that demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness of efforts and motives.  He will implement marketing plans catered to each individual client's needs for maximun results.  Finally, a good REALTORŪ is someone who is intimately familiar with the market; someone who invests in real estate themselves.
