I did not create these principles, but I believe they accurately represent how I see myself in relation to my clients.

1.  I will grant clients the ability to talk to ME (not to my voicemail and not to my email).

3.  I will have live, face to face meetings with my clients whenever possible (what a concept).
4.  I will remember that a crabby client needs my sympathy more than anything else.
5.  I will go out of my way to show I genuinely care by asking directly what the client wants and needs.
6.  I will cause my clients to believe they matter, and they are important.
7.  I will never allow my clients to know I am feeling crabby, overworked, or underpaid.
8.  I will lavish a smaller number of clients with attention rather than give no service or poor service to many.
9.  I will strive to continuously improve my service and never be satisfied with the 'status quo'.
