I was moving to Michigan from Connecticut; we have two young children and didn't want to go through a rental stage of relocating. We had one opportunity to find a house before moving and drove to Michigan for a 2 1/2 day house hunting trip. David was very prepared with a huge selection of houses that he had selected based on our conversations leading up to the trip.
What I really appreciated was how he saw what we really liked and disliked the first day, changed plans and found different homes to show us on the fly. It was his ability to read our likes and dislikes and adjust to that in a short time that enabled us to find what truly is our dream home.
